General repairs

The list on your fridge. Sticking doors, loose railings, cabinet hinges, torn screens, the shelf that fell in March.

Plumbing

Running toilets, dripping faucets, slow drains, new fixtures. If water is involved and it isn’t a full remodel, it’s ours.

Electrical

Lights that flicker, outlets that died, breakers that won’t stay on. A licensed electrician handles every electrical job.

Carpentry and trim

Rotted trim, loose stair treads, doors that won’t latch, shelves that should have been built in years ago.

Drywall and paint

Holes, cracks, water stains and the patch the last guy left. We match the texture so your eye doesn’t snag on it.

Decks, porches and steps

Soft boards, wobbly rails, steps that shift under your foot. We fix what’s there or rebuild it to code.

What it costs

The price comes before the wrench.

What we don’t do

Some jobs are bigger than us. We’ll say so.

We don’t build additions, pour foundations or reroof whole houses. When a job outgrows a repair crew, you’ll hear it from us before you hear it from your bank account.
