FAQ
Fair questions. Straight answers.
The things people ask before they call, answered the way we’d answer them on your porch.
Didn’t see yours?
Call and ask. Ray would rather answer a question than fix a misunderstanding.
Before you call
Ask us anything.
If your question isn’t here, it’s probably a good one. Call, text or send it through the form.
How fast can you come out?
Call before noon on a weekday and we can usually be there the same day. Active leaks and dead panels jump the line, any hour.
How much does a visit cost?
The service call is $95, and it comes off your repair bill. For anything over $250, you’ll get a written quote before we start.
What if you find something worse once you open it up?
We stop and show you. Nothing gets added to your bill without your yes. No exceptions, no “while we were in there.”
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed, bonded and insured, and every electrical job is done by a licensed electrician. Ask, and we’ll email the certificates the same day.
Do you guarantee your work?
For a full year. If something we fixed fails, we come back and fix it again, free.
What don’t you do?
Full remodels, additions, new roofs and foundations. If a job is bigger than us, we’ll say so and tell you who we’d hire.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit, yes. After that, plenty of customers leave a key with a neighbor. We text when we arrive and again when we leave.
How do I pay?
Card, check or cash when the job is done. No deposits on repairs under $1,000.
Still wondering?
Ask the person who’d do the work.
Or call (555) 014-2290. Ray picks up before seven.
